The Quoco Grill can be opened; that is what makes this product so special. This makes it easy to put wood on the fire and to grill both direct and indirect food. The upper grid is removable, so that the lower ring can be used to put a wok in for example. By locking the Grill to the plancha, the grid can be opened without any problem.
