Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains unopened and in its original packaging. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You may cancel your order at no cost, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched, you may follow our returns procedure above upon receipt.
