The Ooni Karu 2 Pro is a second-generation, 16" multi-fuel outdoor pizza oven built for proper wood-fired flavour, with the option to switch to gas when you want a simpler cook. Use wood or charcoal out of the box, or add the Gas Burner for Ooni Karu 2 Pro (sold separately) for consistent heat control.

You get a generous 17" cooking area and 5.7" internal height, so it’s not just for pizza – it’s ideal for bigger bakes and roasting too. The upgraded borosilicate glass door with ClearView technology helps reduce soot build-up, so you can keep an eye on your cook without constantly opening the oven and losing heat.

It heats up fast and can reach up to 500°C, giving you the high-heat performance you need for crisp bases and quick cooks.
