Natural walnut wood smoking chips that deliver a semi-intense, robust smoke flavour – stronger than fruit woods but not as heavy as mesquite. Walnut adds a rich, slightly nutty depth that works particularly well with beef, pork and chicken. Soak the chips for 20 minutes before use, then place directly on hot coals or inside a smoker box. 700g pack.
