Memphis host every year the “Whole Hogg Barbecue” competition. This special sauce was designed with the idea of winning that competition mixin tomato and sugar with a unique smoked flavour. To get that, this sauce it’s actually smoked on the production. A tiny bit of anchovy gives the final touch with a velvety texture.
