Place one split deflector in the basket to create a direct and indirect zone side by side – sear steaks over the open flame on one half while roasting vegetables or baking on the other. Use both deflectors together for a full heat shield and complete indirect cooking, turning your EGG into an outdoor oven for low-and-slow sessions, bread baking and roasts.

The stainless steel basket features built-in handles for safe, easy removal – lift the entire setup out in one go to add charcoal, smoking wood or cook caveman-style directly on the coals. The basket also works as a base for the 2-Piece Multi Level Rack, expanding your cooking surface across multiple tiers.
