The Big Green Egg Perforated Half Grid is made for cooking delicate or smaller foods that can slip through a standard grid – think fish, seafood, asparagus and finely chopped veg. The perforated surface supports your food properly while still allowing heat to circulate from below, and the holes also help smoke reach the food for better flavour.

Made from non-stick aluminium and heat resistant up to 232°C, it’s an easy add-on for two-zone setups when paired with other half-moon EGGspander components. Available for Large (120717) and XLarge (121240) Big Green Egg models.
