The Lancia Grill gives a double dimension to cooking on the Quoco Piatto. This grill grid allows you to grill horizontally as well as vertically. Thanks to the long skewers, you can roast (asado) and prepare food the South American way. The grid can be rotated, so you can easily turn the food away from the fire while cooking and quickly lower the temperature. During or after cooking outside, you can easily add wood.
