The Big Green Egg Rectangular Drip Pan is a practical add-on for roasting and low-and-slow cooks. The deep sides catch cooking juices cleanly, making it ideal for gravy, sauces, or roasting vegetables under your meat. The non-stick coating also makes it easier to deglaze and clean after the cook.
