The Broil King Baron 520 IR Shadow Built-In combines high performance, modern style, and built-in versatility for outdoor kitchens. Finished in a striking matte black Shadow design, it delivers Broil King’s signature power and precision in a sleek, integrated format.
Featuring five Dual-Tube™ stainless steel burners with a total main output of 15.5 kW, a 2.9 kW IR side burner, and a 4.4 kW rear rotisserie burner, this barbecue is built for all cooking styles—from searing steaks to slow-roasting joints. Heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids ensure superb heat retention, while the stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ system distributes heat evenly and enhances flavour with every cook.
The Baron 520 IR Shadow Built-In includes Sure-Lite™ electronic ignition, Linear-Flow™ valves for precise temperature control, and the Accu-Temp™ lid thermometer. A premium rotisserie kit with motor, spit rod, and counterbalance is included.
