The Big Green Egg Ceramic Vertical Turkey Roaster is made for roasting turkey upright so heat circulates all the way around for even cooking and crisp, golden skin. The bird effectively self-bastes as it cooks, helping keep the meat juicy.
Made from high-fired ceramic, the centre cup can be filled with beer, wine, cider, stock, herbs or spices to add extra flavour as it steams from the inside. It’s heat-safe up to 750°F (399°C) and holds 16 fl oz / 473 ml of liquid.
Compatibility: Big Green Egg Medium, Large, XLarge and 2XL.
